Orders are generally processed after successful payment confirmation. Processing usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship orders to serviceable locations across India through available courier and logistics partners. Estimated delivery is generally 3–10 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

4. Order Tracking

Where tracking facilities are available, tracking details may be shared after dispatch so customers can follow their shipments.

5. Delayed Shipments

Delivery may be delayed due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery-related queries.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, PIN code, and contact number. REDSTONE FOOTWEAR cannot guarantee successful delivery when the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.

7. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Packages

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs of the package and product so the issue can be reviewed.
